Have you decided to start with SmartBooqing? Great! Let’s embark on the onboarding process together to set up your firm. For every new start, we offer a basic set-up. If your organization requires additional guidance, you can opt for our customized onboarding trajectories.

Onboarding:
The Basic Set-Up

Everyone starting to work with SmartBooqing receives a basic set-up. Our Professional Services Team ensures that you have the knowledge and skills to process invoices rapidly. How do they do it? You will begin with an online start-up training. After that, they will assist you in taking the first steps to set up the platform. This includes creating administrations and connecting your accounting software(s).

Once these steps are completed, you can dive right in. After a certain period, you will evaluate progress together. The fee for this basic set-up or onboarding service is €499.

Extra Guidance with Customized Onboarding Trajectories

If you choose one of our customized trajectories, you will work with a Customer Success Consultant to achieve jointly set automation objectives. You have the choice of three different trajectories: Economy, Comfort, and Business. The choice depends on the level of guidance and insights you desire.
